Laura Iu is a registered dietitian nutritionist and yoga guide. She is the founder of Laura Iu Nutrition, a private practice in NYC. Prior to opening her private practice, Laura earned her Bachelor of Science at New York University and has completed her dietetic internship at Weill Cornell & Columbia Medical Center. She has worked at Mount Sinai and NYU Langone’s critical care units, bringing forth extensive experience working with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions, using a weight-inclusive approach to nutrition. She believes that true health is all-encompassing — physical, emotional and mental well-being — not an external measure via shape or size.
